Returns & Refunds Policy

We want you to love your book. If you're not satisfied with your purchase of The Let Them Theory, here's how returns and refunds work at Koda.

Returns

You may request a return within 30 days of the delivery date. To be eligible, the book must be in the same condition you received it — unread and undamaged, in its original packaging.

How to start a return

Contact us via our Contact Us page with your order number and reason for return. We'll send you instructions for returning your item.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll notify you of the approval status of your refund. If approved, you'll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 5-10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process the refund too.

Damaged or incorrect items

If your book arrives damaged, defective, or if you received the wrong item, contact us right away so we can evaluate and make it right with a replacement or refund at no extra cost to you.

Exchanges

The fastest way to exchange your item is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
